Collection: Flavored olive oil
On this page, you will find flavored olive oil, made by co-pressing fresh ingredients such as lemon, garlic, or herbs, or by infusion after pressing.
With co-pressed olive oil, the ingredients are processed directly together with the olives. This creates an integrated flavor without the use of artificial flavors or extracts.
These oils are intended as a flavoring agent in the kitchen. Think of fish, vegetables, salads, or as a finishing touch when serving.

What is flavored olive oil?
Flavored olive oil is made by adding extra ingredients, such as lemon, garlic, or herbs, during or after production. In the case of co-milled olive oil, these ingredients are processed together with the olives, allowing the natural oils from, for example, lemon peel to be directly absorbed into the olive oil.
The result is a smooth, integrated flavor without the sharpness of separate additives or aromas.
When do you use flavored olive oil?
These oils are particularly suitable as a finishing oil: to complete dishes just before serving. They are excellent with fish, vegetables, salads, and light dishes.
For cooking and general applications, pure extra virgin olive oil is usually the better choice.
What is the difference from extra virgin olive oil?
Extra virgin olive oil is judged on quality, freshness, and composition. With flavored olive oil, the focus is on the end result in the dish. As a result, these products are less suitable for pure tasting but are intended for use in the kitchen.
