The flavour profile is soft and rounded, with light herbal and floral notes, more depth than ordinary blossom honey and slightly less intensity than chestnut honey. Suitable for bread, yoghurt, quark, porridge, fruit, cheese, tea, dressings, marinades, sauces, cakes, desserts and warm dishes with vegetables, chicken or nuts.
