This Greek single-variety olive oil is produced by Labrini Tsitsou and made from 100% Choraitiki olives from centuries-old olive trees at around 400 to 450 metres altitude. The olives are harvested early for this region, hand-picked with an electric vibrating rake and pressed and centrifuged within 4 hours. Cultũra is certified organic by BIO Hellas, filtered, packed in a light-protective 500 ml glass bottle with UV filter and has an analysed high polyphenol content. The oil meets the official EU health claim for olive oil polyphenols under EU Regulation 432\/2012. Cultũra won a Gold Award at NYIOOC 2026; earlier harvests also won awards at NYIOOC. The oil is independently tested for pesticides and chemical residues, with no detectable residues found. The flavour profile is fresh, lightly grassy and mildly herbal, with soft bitterness and a soft peppery finish.
